CCMI is headed up by experienced professionals who have worked in all facets of the communications and technology industries.  These seasoned veterans lead a team of dedicated analysts, software engineers, account managers and customer support staff.  All of which are dedicated to providing reliable and quality products to CCMI’s customers.  The knowledge and skills contributed by each manager is the backbone of CCMI’s ability to offer cost-efficient, time-saving solutions to you.

George David - President
George’s career began in 1966 at AT&T, and during his 17 years in the Bell System had assignments in operations, engineering, sales, marketing and industry relations. George left AT&T to pick up valuable end-user experience at Mobil’s domestic telecom management organization. He moved from Mobil to CCMI in 1985 and, during his tenure, has guided CCMI's growth and expansion into both the vendor and enterprise markets. George holds BBA and MBA degrees in economics from Pace University, in New York City.

John Abernathy - Product Manager, Pricing Tools
As Product Manager for Pricing Tools, John has overall responsibility for the NetPricer family of products. John has over 30 years in the telecommunication industry. His primary area of expertise is in analyzing communications services and pricing and designing databases and software tools to model these entities.  John holds a BS in Computer Science from Hofstra University in New York.

Mike Cocchiara - Technical Manager, QTEL Database Suite
As Technical Manager, Mike oversees the development and quality of the software systems that manage, build and deliver CCMI's QTEL Database Product Suite, ensuring timely and effective product delivery. Throughout his 18 years at CCMI, Mike has cultivated long-standing business relationships with CCMI clients. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from NJ State College, Ramapo.

Ed Sullivan - Product Operations Manager
As Product Operations Manager, Ed is accountable for the content, structure and quality of CCMI products and services. Ed joined CCMI in 1987. Prior to working for CCMI, Ed was employed by EDS as a Network Engineer, designing cost-effective voice networks for Fortune 100 companies. Ed holds a BS in Wildlife Management from Tennessee Technological University and a BA in Information Systems from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

Mike Yokay – Director, Sales & Service
Michael Yokay has been with CCMI since 2001 and has held various positions within the sales organization since his arrival.  Currently Michael serves as Director of Sales & Service.  In this role, Michael is responsible for strengthening existing customer relationships as well as welcoming new clients.  He also manages the customer support group and their daily interactions with customers.  Michael holds a BA degree from Salisbury State University in Maryland, and when he is not in the office he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Daphne Lee – Product Research & Development Manager
As CCMI’s product research and development manager, Daphne is responsible for finding and harnessing opportunities in the development of new products and services. Areas that she’s working on include non-legacy communications technologies like wireless, broadband and international services. Before moving to Washington, D.C. in 2003 to join CCMI, she previously worked in New York City and Connecticut, researching ideas in the communications sector for conferences. She holds a M.Sc. in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.

Michele Campbell – Sr. Marketing Manager
Michele is responsible for conveying the benefits of CCMI’s product portfolio to both enterprise and service provider markets. A technologist at heart, Michele is always looking to leverage new media and technology as an integral part of her marketing strategy.  She joined CCMI in 2004 after holding marketing and circulation positions with Aspen Publishers and Primedia, as well as conference and event planning posts with Capital One and a national non-profit environmental organization. Michele holds a BA degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
